About Lisa:

Lisa Andrus the creator and owner of Stewart Hill Salon of River Heights is a mother of two children, a boy and a girl, the joy of her life. She received her Associate of Arts and Sciences from Rick’s College (now BYU-Idaho) in 1981. She began her career in the beauty and health profession in 1982 with training (Beau La Reine Beauty College) and licensure as a cosmetologist.
In 1983-1984 Lisa worked in the Philippines Refugee camp in Morong Bataan, preparing the refugees for life in America and served in the surrounding areas as a welfare and proselyting missionary.
When Lisa returned to America she continue to study and enhance her skills in the field of beauty and health. She received her certificate of proficiency in 1987 from Arizona Institute of Electrolysis (Scottsdale, Arizona) and was licensed in the same at that time. In 1988 she completed an advanced course in Electrolysis at the Electrolysis Research Institute.
Lisa completed her “Classic Course” at Vidal Sassoons in Santa Monica, California in 1990.  In 1992 she joined the American Electrolysis Association, the national standard for ethics and professional practice in the field of Electrology. She completed a course in Lasers and their use in Electrolysis in 1997.
In 1999 completed her training as an Esthetician from the Aesthetic’s Educational Academy of Provo, Utah and have been licensed and practicing since that time. I am currently a Master Esthetician.


It was also in 1999 that Lisa decided to opened her own salon the Stewart Hill Salon after working in various other salons for the previous 20 years. In the following year she received her certificate of training and achievement in the field of Microdermabrasion from Aesthetic Lasers Inc. And in 2010 she received Bachelor of Interdisciplinary studies from Utah State University. She completed her micro-current and light therapy course in 2011.
